LATE / CANCELATION POLICY
KARMA appreciates and respects your patronage and asks the same in return for the services it provides. Please arrive on time to insure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment and charge a service fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours for a haircut, or 48 hours for chemical services are subject to a service fee that is required at the time of scheduling your next appointment. Failure to appear for an appointment will result in full charge of missed service prior to your next appointment.

Prices may vary according to length and texture of hair and additional products needed for chemical services. All chemical services listed do not include Haircut and/or Blow Dry.

* There is a $250 dollar, non-refundable retainer fee due at time of booking for wedding parties.
Parties requiring travel outside of New Haven County will result in additional fees.
